1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Beyond West ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Beyond West provides a platform for global mobility information, community discussions, and expert guidance on topics including but not limited to visas, taxation, banking, citizenship, and business setup in various jurisdictions.

The Service includes access to chatrooms, articles, guides, and other educational content. Premium features may be available through paid subscription plans.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

These rules apply to all user-generated content, including public chatrooms, direct messages, and encrypted Magic Messages.

5. Community Safety and User-Generated Content

Beyond West includes user-generated content and member-to-member messaging. To help prevent abuse, the Service provides safety tools such as message reporting, user reporting, and user blocking. You agree not to use the Service for harassment, threats, bullying, hate speech, sexual exploitation, scams, spam, illegal activity, or content that violates another person's rights.

We may review reports, restrict content, suspend accounts, remove access, preserve information, or disclose information where we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect users, operate the Service, enforce these Terms, or comply with law.

Magic Messages are encrypted with a Magic Key selected by users. You are responsible for sharing that key only through a trusted separate channel. Do not send the Magic Key inside a normal direct message. If you lose a Magic Key, Beyond West cannot recover the encrypted message text.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Beyond West and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

By posting content on the Service, you grant Beyond West a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
